Media images and recordings bring life to and help tell the story of the Church of Southland Chino's vibrant faith community, enhance the quality of the information we provide to our members and give visitors an idea of what to expect when they attend our church.

The Church of Southland Chino reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any service on church grounds, or event sponsored by the Church of Southland Chino, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The Church of Southland Chino may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the Church of Southland Chino including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, social media, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

Any person attending the Church of Southland Chino who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact the Church of Southland Chino in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. The Church of Southland Chino will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a Church of Southland Chino service or event or by failing to notify the Church of Southland Chino, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by the Church of Southland Chino, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Church of Southland Chino from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with the Church of Southland Chino may not use, copy, alter or modify the Church of Southland Chino photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from the Church of Southland Chino.
